Out of the 200 units released during the preview period, over over 170 units were sold within the first 2 weeks. Only limited 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms available at preview price. If you are thinking of getting one, you should act now before the price increase which is anticipated at the official launch.

The development's official launch is expected to be in the first week of January 2011. More units will be launched and these will come from blocks 11 and 13 which houses most of the 1 bedroom + Study, 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms + Study unit types.  Future launches will consist mostly of the larger unit types.
